ORGANIZED FISHERMEN OF FLORIDA 

Commercial Fishermen in Florida target a variety of species, which includes but is not limited to, spiny lobster, stone and blue crab, shrimp, mullet, and reef fish. In fact, in 2019 Florida's dockside value of commercial fishing landings totaled $221 million. Additionally, our commercial fishing labor force contributes $365 million in gross state product.​The Organized Fishermen of Florida was founded to ensure commercial fishermen's interests are well represented at the state level. Our organization has grown to offer a variety of programs, fishermen's assistance, and information benefitting both our members and fishermen statewide.
