Alexis Meschelle
Executive Director
Alexis has a Master's Degree in History, which brought her to Cortez, Florida as an Educator at the Florida Maritime Museum. There her love for Florida's fishing industry grew as she became an advocate for preserving the local fishing village. Alexis' husband is also a commercial fisherman and enjoys the days where they get to be a team on the water. Alexis is honored to serve the Organized Fishermen of Florida with her non-profit experience, historical knowledge, and a personal interest in Florida's fishing community.
Justin Bruland
President
Justin fishes out of Marathon, FL for spiny lobster, sone crab, and bait. Justin is heavily involved with multiple organizations and prioritizes creating a sustainable fishing industry that can be passed on for generations to come. He is humbled and thankful for the opportunity to serve his fellow fishermen.

Nathan Meschelle
Vice President
Nathan has always had a passion for fishing. He entered the commercial fishing industry as a deck hand while still in high school and after graduating entered the industry full time. As owner/operator of Inseine Fish Harvest he currently fishes out of Cortez for mullet, stone crab, blue crab, and purse seines bait. He is excited to represent and advocate for his fellow fishing community.

Robert Gill
Treasurer
Despite beginning with an engineering/management career, Bob transitioned to the commercial fishing industry in 1986. Although owning and operating a fish house since then has provided the income, Bob has gotten more heavily involved in fisheries management, policy, and education. He currently serves as OFF Treasurer and is deeply engaged in multiple fish related activities at the state, regional and national levels.
